Every box is filled with an artisan-crafted item that is our way of thanking you for your donation. We know and work with all of the artisans we feature, so we are able to send a unique variety of items that you can enjoy or share with a friend. Each box includes an artisan craft, an artisan story, and our sincere thank you.
If you sign up by the 25th of the month, we will ship your first Red Thread Box by the 10th of the following month. You will be billed on the day you register and every 30 days thereafter. Please note that your subscription will be automatically billed each month, but you can cancel at anytime. 
While our products are quality-checked, sometimes these things happen. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your packageand we will get you a replacement or exchange it for a similar item. If you can provide us a photo of the damaged item that will help us communicate any quality issues with the artisan group.communications@eternalthreads.com
If the items you receive aren’t your style. No worries! Every box comes with an artisan story so you can share the item and the story with a friend!  We really want you to be a Partner with our artisans. Be their Ambassadors by showing and sharing these products with others and encourage them to join the club!

Yes! That’s a great idea! Just set up an account and enter the shipping address of the person to whom you would like the monthly gift sent. 
Go to your account, select subscriptions and hover over the subscription you would like to cancel.
